AMDM: What field besides sports can rebound percentage be used?

What field besides sports can rebound percentage be used? Why is it important?

34 comments:

  1. Besides sports a rebound percentage can be used in the medical field. It can be used to find the percentage of the pulses your body makes as your heart beats. Because each beat is different the rebound percentage will always be different for each beat which is why every beat on the heart monitor bounces up and down for any individual that is alive. The rebound percentage is important because it shows the effectiveness of gaining or catching something after it had been missed.

  5. Rebound percentage can also be used in work by finding out the amount of hours you work per week, or also in the medical stand point where you find out how much your heart beat per minute. This is important because you're finding out how fast or slow your heart is beating and what condition your heart is in. Tanou Diallo 1st period

  8. As learning to be a CNA nurse you have to come cross the rebound percentage of the patient. That mean knowing there stats of information when you take pulse and blood pressure .you have to notice it changes during the time when your recieving information to write down .Because it each day it can be high or low . And come out different. So when it come down to sports and medical rebound percentage is the same because your finding the amount of data when you bounce or when your taking blood pressure. your seeing if can bounce high or low and seeing if your blood pressure high or low

  11. Rebounding percentage can be used in many fields such as the medical. Plus anything dealing with computers like computer engineering. I say this because when they set up your router the lights have to beep at a stable rate if it keeps beeping rapidly then something is wrong. But rebounding percentage is most popular in the sports industry because of basketball. They use it to distinguish between the offensive and defensive rebounds.

It would be used during an emission test cycle, which is a protocol contained in an emission standard to allow repeatable and comparable measurement of exhaust emissions for different engines or vehicles. It is important because we need to be able to compare the data from each car.

  14. Rebound percentages can be used with cars. Like when the car is brand new it has a certain mpg. After driving the car excessively, the mpg begins to decrease. So if the car had 22 mpg in the city at first, it could go down to 19 mpg after a year of use. This is why your car needs to be tuned up so you can burn less gas and travel farther.
