The model that i would prefer to use is a venn diagram. Because the venn diagram is a good model to use when your finding the probability. A venn diagram represents logical sets as a circle or closed curve. It also deals with groups of objects that share something in common. There are different types of venn diagrams.
The model that i prefer is the venn diagram. I prefer this model because its much easier to use and it doesn't really take as much of a thought process. In the years i have used this model i have become used to it and i cant find myself doing any type of comparing without using a Venn Diagram.
So out of the three the Box shades and Venn diagram or the Tree diagram . Hmm that hard to chose because all three are good information to use . I personally prefer the Tree diagram .The reason why i choose to use tree diagram is because its break it down for you .When you use a tree diagram it show each step given and the next step. A tree diagram shows all the possible outcomes of an event. By using a tree diagram if i did any calculation right or wrong can see it at the end . An start over if i did so . But i believe this method work better for me if i had to chose out of the list provided to me .

At first thought I would say an Venn Diagram but after the past few days I have changed my preference. I now prefer a Tree Diagram. It's easier to differ the similarities and differences. i understand how probability comes into play with the venn diagram rather than any of the other area models. the tree diagram is confusing with all the line and the area model makes no sense with all the overlapping shaded areas or patterns.

For example, when we were doing tree diagrams for all the possible sandwiches that could be made between the meat, bread and cheese, the tree diagram helped you organize the data and also gave you the outcomes of getting different sandwiches. Not only does the tree diagram list out all the possible outcomes but it's also easy to draw. However, I must admit it is NOT easier than the Venn diagram but the tree diagram goes more into detail and helps you understand the data more.

I would rather use the area diagram because it shows you what's being over lapped. The Venn diagram is harder to follow because you have to subtract the over laps from each. The tree diagram has entirely too much going on once you break off into the different levels. Some might see the tree and Venn diagram easier but I see it as a lot happening at once. For an area diagram, you could use different patterns or colors to represent your data which is easier to follow.
Personally i like the Venn diagram more because i think its way more easier than the others. i can set everything up easier and i know how to do everything right if the right information is given to me. and its more easier to get the probability because you can just look back at the venn diagram and set up the appropriate information
